CLARITY

Living docs. Plus: design tomorrow's changes.

Clarity does two things: generates Tier 1/2/3 documentation from your validated graph (regenerated on each sync), and lets you co-design new enhancements by annotating nodes in your existing process chain — handing the design to Forge for implementation.

Auto-generated documentation · three tiers

Most Salesforce orgs maintain process flows scattered across Confluence, Lucidchart, Miro, and shared drives — different teams owning different versions, most 18+ months out of date, and nobody trusts any of them. Clarity replaces that fragmentation with an auto-regenerated source of truth, tiered by audience and refreshed on every validated sync.
TIER 1

Org overview

What the org does at a glance. Top-level capabilities, key surfaces, integrations, and the highest-leverage dependencies. Reads in 5 minutes — well-suited for new joiners, execs, and acquisition due-diligence.

TIER 2

Process chains

End-to-end business processes narrated: Lead Conversion, Quote-to-Cash, Opportunity-to-Close, Renewal. Every trigger, flow, validation rule, and Apex class in execution order — with interactive Mermaid diagrams.

TIER 3

Technical reference

Per-object, per-class, per-flow deep dives. The "library card catalog" of your org. The level engineering and architecture teams review against during code review and audit.

Change co-design · design enhancements in your real process chain

  1. 01
    OPEN
View the existing process chain — e.g. Lead Conversion — as an interactive diagram with every node and connector visible.
  2. 02
    POINT
Click any node, connector, or transition — "right here, between trigger A and flow B" — to attach a requirement.
  3. 03
    DESCRIBE
Type the requirement in plain English — "add a Slack notification", "validate this field before save", "fork on Industry value".
  4. 04
    SPEC
Clarity produces a change design spec — what gets added, modified, removed; with impact analysis from the graph and dependency callouts.
  5. 05
    HAND-OFF
Hand the spec to Forge to implement, deploy to a sandbox, test, and produce a prod-ready package. End-to-end from idea to deployment artifact.
Most teams design changes in Confluence or Lucidchart, then re-translate that into Salesforce. Clarity lets you design in your real process chain, against your real graph, and hand the design straight to Forge for implementation. No translation layer; no design that drifts from what was actually built.
